1. 수집하는 개인정보
코코메이트는 계정(회원가입·로그인) 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 운영자가 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에서 입력하는 정보는 다음과 같이 모두 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
- 입국일·비자 만료일·귀국 예정일 등 날짜 정보
- 시간표·과제·달력 일정·아르바이트 근무 기록
- 프로필(닉네임·사진·소속 대학 등, 선택 입력)
- 저장 위치: 기기 내 localStorage 및 iOS 네이티브 저장소(UserDefaults, 위젯용 App Group 포함)
2. 사진 인식 기능 (외부 전송)
시간표·알바 시프트표 "사진으로 추가" 기능을 사용할 때에만, 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진 1장이 인식 처리를 위해 Google의 AI 서비스(Firebase AI Logic / Gemini API)로 전송됩니다.
- 전송 목적: 사진 속 시간표/근무표 내용을 텍스트로 인식
- 운영자는 전송된 사진을 저장하거나 열람하지 않으며, 앱은 인식 결과만 수신합니다

- 이 기능을 사용하지 않으면 어떤 사진도 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다
3. 알림
수업 시작·과제 마감 알림은 모두 기기 내 로컬 알림으로 동작하며, 외부 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
운영자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 업체의 인프라를 이용합니다.

5. 보관 기간 및 파기
모든 데이터는 기기 안에만 존재하므로, 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 함께 삭제됩니다. 운영자 서버에 보관되는 데이터는 없습니다.

데이터의 열람·수정·삭제는 앱 안에서 언제든지 직접 할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제로 전체 데이터를 파기할 수 있습니다.

Summary: Cocomate has no account system. All data you enter (timetable, assignments, events, shift records, profile, etc.) is stored only on your device. We don't run any server that collects or stores personal data. The only exception is that when you use the photo recognition feature, the photo you select is temporarily sent to Google's servers for processing.
1. Personal information we collect
Cocomate doesn't provide account (sign-up/login) features, and we don't collect personal information. Everything you enter in the app is stored only on your device, as follows.
- Dates such as arrival date, visa expiry date, and planned return date
- Timetable, assignments, calendar events, part-time work records
- Profile (nickname, photo, university, etc. — optional)
- Storage location: localStorage on your device, and iOS native storage (UserDefaults, including the App Group used for widgets)
2. Photo recognition feature (external transmission)
Only when you use "Add from photo" for your timetable or shift table, the one photo you select is sent to Google's AI service (Firebase AI Logic / Gemini API) for recognition.
- Purpose: to recognize the timetable/shift content in the photo as text
- We never store or view the transmitted photo — the app only receives the recognition result

- If you don't use this feature, no photo ever leaves your device
3. Notifications
Class-start and assignment-deadline notifications are all local notifications on your device and never go through an external server.
4. Third-party sharing and processing
We don't share personal information with third parties. We use the following provider's infrastructure to deliver the service.
- Google (Firebase Hosting — serving the web page, Firebase AI Logic — photo recognition processing)
5. Retention and deletion
Since all data exists only on your device, it's deleted immediately when you delete the app. No data is retained on our servers.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit, or delete your data directly within the app at any time. Deleting the app destroys all data.
